Mind and Soul Counselling counselors can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief and loss, trauma, and more.

Counsellors do not require a Mental Health Care Plan for you to access support. That means you can book sessions directly—no referral needed.

It's important to note that Medicare rebates are only available when seeing a psychologist with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Even then, the sessions are not completely free unless the psychologist bulk bills. For example, if a psychologist charges $250 and the Medicare rebate is $100, there would still be an out-of-pocket cost of $150. (This is just a general example to give you a sense of how it works.)

If you have any questions or would like to chat more about what might suit your situation best, I’m more than happy to talk it through with you.
